Clayton Off Road high clearance rear axle bracket kit provides strength, clearance and improved ride quality over OEM style brackets.

The strength comes from 1/4 laser cut lower control arm brackets. Clearance is addressed by moving all the brackets flush with the bottom of the tubes. By moving the brackets flush with the bottom of the tubes, you flatten out the lower control arm angles which will improve overall ride quality. However this will push your axle farther back. In some situations this may help for some lifted vehicles. Please make sure your axle can be pushed back approximately 1 inch. Otherwise your suspension will need to have adjustable control arms so you can thread in the lower arms to compensate.

The kit comes with 1/4 lower control arm tabs with hardware, a top mount plate, poly coil spacers with spring retainer, upper coil bucket spring retainer, a lower shock mount with hardware, and new sway bar tabs.

This kit is designed to be used with our WJ 6 inch package deal kit (PD-WJ60) or our WJ 4 link upgrade kit (UK-WJ). If you already run our WJ lift kit and are swapping in a new axle, you will need to add the 4 link axle truss.
