Designed Around 40-Inch Tires

The popularity of 40-inch tires continues to grow, but simply adding more lift isn't the answer. Our 4.5-inch lift springs were developed to achieve the proper balance between clearance, suspension geometry, center of gravity, and drivability.

When paired with the factory raised fenders found on Rubicon and other raised-fender-equipped models, our 4.5-inch lift provides the clearance needed to confidently run 40-inch tires while maintaining excellent suspension travel and trail performance.

Engineered Spring Rates for Every Jeep

Every Jeep is built differently, and your suspension should reflect that. Instead of taking a one-size-fits-all approach, Clayton Off Road offers multiple spring configurations to match your Jeep's engine and intended use.

Wrangler JL

Our 4.5-inch JL lift springs are available with front coil options for the 2.0L Turbo/3.6L V6, 3.0L EcoDiesel, and 6.4L 392 HEMI. Each spring is designed around the weight of its respective powertrain to provide the intended ride height and balanced suspension performance.

In the rear, every JL kit includes our Heavy Duty Dual-Rate rear coil springs as standard equipment. The dual-rate design delivers a smooth, compliant ride during everyday driving while transitioning to a higher spring rate as the suspension compresses. This provides the additional support needed for a full-size spare tire, steel bumpers, recovery equipment, camping gear, and other common Jeep upgrades without sacrificing ride quality.

Gladiator JT

Our JT 4.5-inch lift springs are available with front coil options for both the 3.6L V6 and 3.0L EcoDiesel, ensuring proper ride height and suspension performance regardless of engine choice.

For the rear, customers can choose between our standard rear springs or an optional Heavy Duty Quad-Rate rear coil spring package. Designed specifically for the unique demands of the Gladiator, the quad-rate spring offers exceptional ride quality when unloaded while progressively increasing support as weight is added. Whether your JT is outfitted with a bed rack, rooftop tent, drawer system, tools, or overlanding gear, the quad-rate design helps maintain ride height, improve stability, and keep the truck performing both on the highway and off the trail.
