Shipping Policy
Standard Online Order Shipments:
- In stock items are shipped between 1 and 3 business days, usually within 48 hours of your order date. Our goal is to ship in-stock items next business day from your order date, however due to the complexity of some of our parts, it may take additional time.
- Tracking information will become available via an email notification once your order has been processed, and will become valid and available for tracking once UPS, FEDEX or USPS picks up the order from our facility.
- Once your online order is processed no changes can be made to your order, shipping type, or address.
Free Shipping Codes and Sales
- Free shipping is only offered and valid for orders within the US 48 states. This includes discount codes for free shipping, orders that meet free shipping requirement thresholds, and any and all sales involving free or discounted shipping. If an order outside of the US 48 states placed through our online store is mistakenly allowed free shipping or a discounted shipping rate, Clayton Off Road will reach out to the customer in order to discuss shipping options and come to a solution that hopefully works for both parties.
Expedited Shipments:
- Choosing Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select or any other expedited shipping option does NOT guarantee same day or next day shipment. These orders will be expedited, but NOT guaranteed.
- Some expedited shipping services DO NOT account for weekends or holidays.
Example - Selecting Next day Air on Friday does NOT mean your package will arrive Saturday. Delivery would be Monday or the following business day.
*Please call or email for weekend delivery or if your order is urgent, as not all locations and items are available for expedited shipping services.
Canada, Hawaii and Alaska
For customers located in Canada, Hawaii and Alaska, Clayton Offroad offers 50% off standard shipping costs, when the determined amount has been met.
Please Note for Canadian Customers:
Taxes, duties, tariffs, brokerage fees, and any other additional import charges are not covered by Clayton Offroad. These fees are determined by Canadian customs and are the responsibility of the customer.
- Customs delays: Border inspections may delay delivery; these delays are outside of our control.
- Refused shipments: If a package is refused due to unpaid duties or fees, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any carrier-assessed charges.

Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping on international orders unless the return is related to a verified warranty claim or otherwise stated.
Damaged Package or Products
If your package arrives damaged, please keep all packaging materials and contact us immediately. Include photos of the box, shipping label, and any product damage so we can file a claim and resolve the issue quickly.
If the product is damaged but the box appears intact, take photos and reach out right away. We will work with you to repair, replace, or resend the affected item.
