Warranty Policy

Clayton Off Road Inc. suspension systems come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all control arms and track bars against bending or breaking to the original purchaser only. 

This warranty shall only cover the original purchaser and cannot be sold or transferred to a secondary purchaser under any circumstance.

This warranty shall be automatically voided if the items sent in for replacement are modified in any way or were not used for their original intended purposes.

Damage resulting from loose or improperly maintained jam nuts can cause damage. Failure to inspect and secure jam nuts is considered neglect and will void the warranty.

Costs such as, but not limited to labor fees, loss of use, loss of revenue, loss of time, towing fees or shipping charges fees, taxes or any duties are not covered. 

For all warranty claims:

  • Claimant must first obtain RGA# (Return Goods Authorization). The RGA must accompany any and all returned items.
  • Any shipping, insurance costs, taxes, fees so on are the responsibility of the customer/purchaser. Packages shipped as C.O.D. will be refused.
  • The claimant agrees to be charged the cost of shipping of the replacement product.

Items not covered by the warranty:

  • Clayton Off Road Inc. components may have minor finish imperfections to powder coated or plated surfaces which may occur during the shipping process. Such damage is not covered under the warranty.
  • The following parts are subject to wear and are therefore not considered defective past 90 days of purchase: Johnny Joint bushings, GIRRO joints, washers and snap rings, rubber bushings, Brake lines, Shocks, Springs, Skid plates, any mounting brackets and/or hardware, and any other retail item sold but not directly manufactured by Clayton Off Road, Inc.
  • These items are guaranteed for 90 days from the original date of purchase against defects in workmanship only.

Products or components which have been subjected to abuse, accident, alteration, modification, improper installation, tampering, negligence, misuse, or installed on a vehicle used in sanctioned racing events (a race is hereby defined as any contest between two or more vehicles, or any contest of one or more vehicles against the clock or each other whether or not such contest is for a prize) are not covered by the above warranty.

Clayton Off Road Inc. shall not be responsible for any retail parts sold and shall not be held liable for any loss, damage or injury, whether ordinary, direct, special, incidental or consequential, arising from the manufacture, sale, installation, resale, delivery, possession, handling or use of such products.

Clayton Off Road Inc. is not responsible for typographical errors either in pricing or content.

Fitment Notes - 

*All Clayton Off Road products are engineered and tested on U.S. spec, left-hand-drive Jeeps. Compatibility with right hand drive vehicles is not guaranteed. Customer verification is highly recommended to ensure proper fitment prior to purchase.*

Clayton Off Road can provide invoice or order information as needed, but all warranty decisions and processes are handled solely at the manufacturer’s discretion.
