Return Policy

Clayton Off Road Inc. products may be returned for a refund or store credit within 60 days from the original date of purchase, with an additional 30-day grace period. 

No returns past 90 days of original purchase date will be permitted.

After 90 days the return button as shown in the video below will disappear and returns can no longer be processed. 

Once this period has passed, Clayton Off Road recommends reselling your product through platforms such as Facebook Marketplace or Craigslist. If you need any additional product information to assist with resale, our team is happy to help.

If you would like to initiate a return, please follow these steps listed below in order to make the process as simple as possible for both parties:

Return Procedure- 

  1. Start by logging into your account or visit the account page if already logged in.
  2. Select the order for which you would like to return. Select Request Return.
  3. Select Item(s) you wish to return and select a reason. Then Submit.
  4. Await an emailed return confirmation and an RMA number. (Please allow up to 48 hours)
  5. Box up your items and label all with the RMA# written on the box(es).
  6. Shipper can send back item(s) with any carrier service and will have to cover any shipping costs. 
  7. Allow 2-5 days once your return is received for your return to be processed and for your refund to be released.

All returns are subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Original purchaser must obtain RMA # prior to shipping. The RMA # must be printed clearly on any and all returned packages.
  • Returned items may not appear to have been installed, painted or modified in any way and are subject to inspection and may be refused if they appear so.
  • All items must be returned inside their original packaging.
  • All shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the return shipper or customer. Any packages shipped as C.O.D. will be refused.
  • All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
    • For Clayton Off Road parts purchased through a dealer, you must contact that dealer and are subject to their terms/conditions.
  • All returned items 
  • “Store Credit” will be given on product purchase price only. No refund or credit will be given on shipping charges.
  • Actual shipping costs will be deducted from refund amount. If your order received "free shipping" actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. 
  • Please make sure to obtain tracking information as well as shipping insurance for your packages in the event that your shipment is delayed, lost or damaged by the carrier in which Clayton Off Road is not responsible for refunds of any item(s) that do not return safely back to us.
  • Once your returned item(s) arrive to our warehouse, please allow at least 2 to 5 days for us to inspect and process your return. Returned funds may take an additional 24 to 48 hours to appear back in your account depending on the bank used. 

Exemption:  Custom part orders are NOT eligible for return or refund. Definition of “custom parts” are any item(s) that the customer asks us to specifically modify or manufacture per their specification. All custom part orders are final sale!

Clayton Off Road Inc. shall not be held responsible for returned items damaged or lost during shipping. We strongly recommend that the shipped goods be fully insured against incidental damage, loss or misplacement during shipping.
