Description

The Clayton Off Road jam nut wrenches are designed to provide a tight fit at a much more affordable cost. A standard 1-7/8" (1.875) and 1-1/2" (1.500) wrenches are not only expensive but may allow too much wiggle room when you really need to torque down on your suspension hardware.

This tool kit set includes FOUR wrenches. Two are crow's foot design that contacts all 6 sides of the small and large jam nuts. The other two are standard designed wrenches for easier access in hard-to-reach spots.

The LARGE wrenches are 1.843"

The SMALL wrenches are 1.485"

These tight fitments provide a superior fit, without the worry of rounding off your jam nut.

Designed to be used with a 1/2 driver or torque wrench.

NOTE

Large is slightly undersized compared to a standard 1-7/8" wrench (1.875")

1.843" is the Inside width.

Small is slightly undersized compared to a standard 1-1/2" wrench (1.500")

1.485" is the Inside width.

These wrenches are designed specifically for the Jam Nuts used on Clayton Off Road products and may not work on non Clayton Off Road applications.
These wrench ends are designed for typical installation and adjustment tasks. For situations requiring sustained high torque or frequent use, a properly sized box wrench is recommended. This set is intended to support Jeep enthusiasts during lift kit installation and general maintenance.
Maximum torque should not exceed 200 ft/lbs!
